HD Alliance: Dec. 30 Cutoff For New Members Before Programming Choices Made

Wanna join the HD RADIO ALLIANCE? You have until DECEMBER 30 before the group starts deciding on which formats will go on which signals in which of the top 25 markets. New members will be able to join at any time, but the programming decisions will be made before that. Subchannels for alliance members will begin to roll out programming in first quarter 2006.
