CAPITOL BROADCASTING Hot AC WRAL/RALEIGH, NC Sales Mgr. KAREN CATES has been promoted to GSM of Country sister WCMC. In her new role, CATES will also be responsible for the strategic marketing for WRAL and WCMC.
