As of 9a yesterday morning (12/12), NEW CAP RADIO spun the format wheel on Top 40 CKRA/EDMONTON, ALBERTA to Country under the moniker "BIG EARL 96.3." PD ROB MISE remains in place. Check the station out on the web at www.96x.ca.
