KCR Rleases Fund-Raising CD

SAN DIEGO STATE's KCR-A (www.kcrlive.com) has announced the release of "KCR PRESENTS AZTEC BEACH," a CD which features 21 live recordings from eleven of SOCAL's most admired surf music bands, from the old school tradition of THE DUO-TONES to the revved-up sound of THE INFRAREDS to the modern spin on the genre by SLACKTONE and CHUM. Proceeds from sales of the CD will benefit the station. 

Song samples from "KCR PRESENTS AZTEC BEACH" are available at www.kcralumni.org and www.rickshawrecords.com.  The CD can be purchased online at both sites. Cost is $18 including shipping and handling, and it is tax-deductible.
