Jhani Kaye Named K-Earth/LA PD

INFINITY Oldies KRTH (K-EARTH 101)/LOS ANGELES finally selects a new PD, and it's former crosstown CLEAR CHANNEL AC KOST and KBIG Station Manager/PD JHANI KAYE. 

KAYE will take over K-EARTH's programming reins on JANUARY 3 and will report to VP/GM MAUREEN LESOURD and OM JACK SILVER. KAYE replaces JAY COFFEY, who exited in OCTOBER; KAYE left CLEAR CHANNEL on JUNE 13 after a run that started when he joined KOST in 1983.
