M. BELMONT VERSTANDIG, INC. is donating the license for WHGT-A/CHAMBERSBURG, PA-HAGERSTOWN, MD to EMMANUEL BAPTIST TEMPLE in a deal valued for donation purposes at $250,000. The donee has been brokering the station since DECEMBER 4, when it returned to the air with a Contemporary Christian format after being silent for a year.
