OPUS BROADCASTING Country WAIB/TALLAHASSEE OM DOUG AUSTIN tells ALL ACCESS that morning host GARY EVONG has exited the station.  HARLEY JOHNSON segues from middays and is joined by MD/co-host/news director TANDI DAVIDSON for the new HARLEY and DAVIDSON MORNING SHOW.   Assistant Prod. Dir. BRUCE PORTER takes on the now open midday slot and AUSTIN adds PD stripes and will handle PM drive duties.
