First City Takes Over From Clear Channel At Three San Diego FMs

FINEST CITY BROADCASTING has completed the deal to take over operations of three MEXICAN licensed stations that were previously part of CLEAR CHANNEL's SAN DIEGO cluster. 

The new company, headed by former CLEAR CHANNEL SAN DIEGO market manager MIKE GLICKENHAUS, will handle programming, sales, and marketing for Alternative XETRA-A (91X)/ROSARITO-SAN DIEGO, and Top 40-Rhythm XHTZ (JAMMIN' Z90) and Urban AC XHRM (MAGIC 92.5)/TIJUANA-SAN DIEGO. GLICKENHAUS has brought his former CLEAR CHANNEL NSM/NTR Director DAN CHARLESTON as VP/Sales, while SUSAN KAISER, formerly VP/Controller at CITADEL, joins as VP/CFO.
