FOXNEWS.COM is reporting that the DOJ is looking at financially embattled superstar MICHAEL JACKSON on charges that he lied to get new passports for his kids, to get them out of the country illegaly. In related stories, FOXNEWS.COM reports JACKSON is also fighting to keep NEVERLAND, which is tied to a loan involving the JACKSON family home in ENCINO. JACKSON reportedly missed the DECEMBER payment.
