HEATHER LEIGH joins MACDONALD-GARBER BROADCASTING in TRAVERSE CITY/PETOSKEY, MI as FM Operations Manager for the cluster. Both DAVE B. GOODE, PD at Top 40/Adult WLTX and LUNCHBOX, PD at Top 40 WKHQ, will now report directly to her.
