Country great DOLLY PARTON chalks up another accolade, as the TENNESSEAN reports this MORNING(09/15) that the star accepted the National Medal of Arts Award over the weekend in CHATTANOOGA. Medal of Arts recipients are selected by the National Endowment for the Arts and the National Council on the Arts.
