WXSR Hires Maynard As PD

Maynard Is Moving To Florida

TRIAD Active Rock WCPR/BILOXI-GULFPORT, MS APD/MD/middayer MAYNARD has been named PD at CLEAR CHANNEL Alternative WXSR (X-101.5)/TALLAHASSEE, FL. MAYNARD replaces GREG SUTTON, who resigned back in MAY to join RAY-SCOTT ARTIST MANAGEMENT COMPANY. His last day at 'CPR will be next THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 25th. 

CC/TALLAHASSEE OM JEFF HORN told ALL ACCESS, "I am very happy to announce that MAYNARD is joining us in TALLAHASSEE. WXSR has been a very successful radio station for us over the years. A fine group of programmers have entered these hallowed halls. I look forward to MAYNARD adding X-101.5 to his list of successes."

MAYNARD said, "I’m grateful for the time I’ve spent with 'CPR over the past few years, and am quite proud of the strides and success we found. It was a lot of hard work, but well worth it.
