Local television station WOIO CHANNEL 19 is reporting that CLEAR CHANNEL Rocker WMMS/CLEVELAND ROVER'S MORNING GLORY staffer DOMINIC DIETER is facing felony assault charges for allegedly hurling a beer bottle in to a crowd at this summer's ROVERFEST.
