ALLAN H. WEINER has sold a 49% interest in the construction permit for new FM WBCQ-FM/MONTICELLO, ME to sister BARBARA A. WEINER in exchange for a $25,000 contribution towards the building of the station. WEINER and wife JENNIFER retain a joint 51% interest in the station.

In another deal filed with the FCC, ROBERT J, MASCHIO is buying out the 61.88% interest in the company held by partners WILBUR E. HUF JR. and ED ROSENFELD and smaller shares held by partners SCOTT WAHL, CHARLES PESSAGNO, GREG COFFEY, and RAYMOND BRADLEY, giving MASCHIO 85% control and WAHL 15%. MASCHIO is paying an aggregate $2,415,559.72 for the shares through promissory notes with each of the other partners. The company owns Country WKOE (COAST COUNTRY 106.7), Oldies WILW, and AC WCZT (96.7 THE COAST)/CAPE MAY, NJ.
