GAP BROADCASTING is buying silent KTXN-F (formerly Americana TEXAS RADIO 98.7)/VICTORIA, TX from BROADCAST EQUITIES TEXAS, INC. for $1,150,000. The deal includes an LMA before closing.
In another deal filed with the FCC, CARL AUEL's LAS VEGAS BROADCASTERS PARTNERSHIP is transferring 51% ownership of the construction permit for KEIP-A/LAS VEGAS to MICHAEL and DARA GLINTER in exchange for the GLINTERS building and operating the station. The station's ownership is being transferred to a new entity, 760 AM, LLC, with the GLINTERS holding 51% ownership and LAS VEGAS BROADCASTERS PARTNERSHIP holding 49%.
