  The 19th Annual INTERNATIONAL BLUEGRASS MUSIC AWARDS were given out last night in NASHVILLE at the RYMAN AUDITORIUM. The big winner was the duo DAILEY & VINCENT, who won the coveted 'Entertainer of the Year Award" and the 'Emerging Artist of the Year Award."
  On the 'Broadcast' side, XM's KYLE CANTRELL won the 'Broadcaster of the Year Award," for his work on the XM-14 Bluegrass channel.
