HUTTON BROADCASTING's previously-announced purchase of AMERICAN GENERAL MEDIA Talk KTRC-A/SANTA FE now has a price assigned to it, as the FCC paperwork displays a $500,000 value for the deal. The deal includes an LMA under which HUTTON is taking over operation of the station, which is retaining its liberal Talk format.

In other FCC sale filings, HORIZON CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP is selling FM translator K242BB/HELENA, MT to KTMX, INC. for $25,000; and SUMMIT PUBLIC RADIO AND TV, INC. is assigning FM translator K209ED/BRECKENRIDGE, CO to DENVER EDUCATIONAL BROADCASTING in exchange for funding construction of the facility.
