Sold
The DALLAS BUSINESS JOURNAL reports that transmitter maker CONTINENTAL ELECTRONICS CORP. has been sold by VERITAS CAPITAL to LONE STAR CRA FUND LP for $24.5 million.
The company, which makes transmitting equipment for broadcast and government use and other scientific equipment, and its buyer are both based in DALLAS.
