CLEAR CHANNEL Talk KEX-A/PORTLAND hosts MARK MASON and DAVE ANDERSON have launched a website to raise donations to help out AMERICA's newest celebrity, "JOE THE PLUMBER," the TOLEDO plumber who came to prominence when mentioned in THURSDAY's presidential debate by JOHN MCCAIN.
JOE -- SAMUEL JOSEPH URZELBACHER -- owes $1,200 in taxes to the state of OHIO and has an active lien on his property (as well as working without a plumber's license), and MASON and ANDERSON decided to help JOE out with the website, which raised pledges of $300 in the very first minutes of operation.
