Lawyer Sues CKNW For Website Defamation

A lawyer is suing CORUS Talk CKNW-A/VANCOUVER for posting his photograph under a story on the station's website about a man found guilty of sexually exploiting a 16 year old girl. 

The VICTORIA TIMES-COLONIST reports that MARVIN STERN of SURREY, BC filed a claim for defamation in BRITISH COLUMBIA SUPREME COURT saying that he had no connection with the case and that the station falsely implied that he was the defendant in the case.
