POTOMAC RADIO, LLC Talk WAGE-A/LEESBURG, VA will move from 1200 to 1190 AM with a power boost from 5,000 to 50,000 watts days and 1,000 to 3,000 watts nights under a proposal and interference reduction agreement approved by the FCC over the objection of BIRACH BROADCASTING CO.
POTOMAC reached a deal with NATIONS RADIO, licensee of Business daytimer WBIS-A/ANNAPOLIS, under which NATIONS will take WBIS dark to allow WAGE to change frequencies and increase power. BIRACH's objection arose from POTOMAC's attorney representing a group fighting BIRACH's zoning application for new towers for WDMV-A/WALKERSVILLE, MD; the Commission ruled that POTOMAC had nothing to do with the other group.
