CBS/LOS ANGELES SVP/Market Mgr. ROY LAUGHLIN had an idea, and got together with Smooth Jazz KTWV (94.7 THE WAVE) PD PAUL GOLDSTEIN and Production/Programming Assistant RYAN BLANCHARD to produce a custom WAVE-AMA mix of SEAL "A Change Is Gonna Come".
