John Rich Sued For Altercation With Jerry Montano

TMZ.com is reporting that WARNER BROS./NASHVILLE artist JOHN RICH is being sued by musician JERRY MONTANO for a scuffle that took place last month in LOS ANGELES (NET NEWS 10/17). 

MONTANO claims that RICH became "increasingly violent and belligerent" over a woman. He is suing for "an undetermined amount for costs relating to the cuts, scrapes, permanent scarring, swelling and bruising to his lips, jaw, face, teeth and nose."
