ELLIS C. BARBOUR, JR.'s CAROLINA BROADCASTING SERVICE, INC. is selling Country-Gospel WMPM-A/SMITHFIELD, NC to FAMILY MEDIA GROUP, LLC for $175,000 plus a time-brokerage agreement before closing. The buyer is owned by MICKEY and CARL LAMM and LYNDA LAMM CARROLL; MICKEY and CARL's LAMM MEDIA GROUP owns Full Service WTSB-A/SELMA, NC.

In other deals filed with the FCC, AAT BROADCASTING is selling the construction permit for a new AM allocated to MALMSTROM AFB, MT to COMMUNITY COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $50,000; and LUIS CAJIGA is selling the construction permit for FM translator W268BK/PATILLAS, PR to WEST COAST BROADCASTING for $3,000.
