Michelle Zarr Joins BMI/Nashville

BMI SVP/General Counsel MARVIN L. BERENSON has announced that MICHELLE ZARR has joined the company as Attorney. ZARR will be based in NASHVILLE and will work closely with BMI's General Licensing department, "handling arbitration proceedings and other legal duties."

Her previous stops include SONY/ATV MUSIC PUBLISHING, MOSES & SINGER LLP, ABBEY GARDY LLP and BMG ENTERTAINMENT, all based out of NEW YORK.

BERENSON said, “MICHELLE is a real people-person. She shows great judgment and possesses excellent multi-tasking skills. Her broad work experience and strong work ethic should make a substantial contribution to our team.”
