WVNN's Furr Vs. Mayor 'Grinch'

CUMULUS Talk WVNN-A-F/HUNTSVILLE afternoon host PAMELA FURR thinks the city’s new Mayor, TOMMY BATTLE is actually THE GRINCH, so she’s telling her audience to mail charcoal to the Mayor’s Office in protest of a recent CHRISTMAS tradition ban.

The tradition in the ROCKET CITY over the past several years has been for the public to decorate trees along a mountain road in town. The new Mayor announced this week that he’s putting an end to the "littering," prompting FURR to launch "OPERATION GRINCH" to help change the mayor’s mind and allow the families and children of HUNTSVILLE to continue the spontaneous display of the CHRISTMAS spirit.
