ROBBINS/NASHVILLE has announced that Dir/Promotion, Southwest ANNE WEAVER has left the label. VP/Promotion TONY BENKEN tells ALL ACCESS that the move was strictly based on geography and in no way related to her job performance.
WEAVER joined the label in NOVEMBER 2007. Prior to that she served in the same position for MONTAGE MUSIC GROUP/NASHVILLE and has also worked QUARTERBACK RECORDS, DREAMCATCHER ENTERTAINMENT, MERCURY, ARISTA NASHVILLE, RCA and IMPRINT RECORDS.
No word has been given regarding a replacement.
