Three of this year's SPORTS BROADCASTING HALL OF FAME inductees have radio ties: LOS ANGELES DODGERS radio and TV voice VIN SCULLY; the late former TV sports personality, BOSTON RED SOX voice, and radio station owner CURT GOWDY; and the late ABC SPORTS producer and former XETRA-A (XTRA SPORTS 690)/SAN DIEGO midday "LOOSE CANNONS" co-host CHET FORTE.
The HALL OF FAME, produced by the SPORTS VIDEO GROUP, concentrates on contributions to sports television. The induction ceremony is scheduled for DECEMBER 16th at the NEW YORK HILTON.
