SIRIUS XM RADIO's THE CATHOLIC CHANNEL host LINO RULLI will host his daily "THE CATHOLIC GUY" show from VATICAN CITY and ROME next week (12/8-12) for the second week of ADVENT and to celebrate the channel's second anniversary. Among RULLI's planned activities are a tour of the Catacombs, a climb to the top of ST. PETER'S BASILICA, an attempt to interview one of the silent Swiss Guards at the VATICAN, and a stint in Gladiator School at the COLOSSEUM.
"I’m 100% Italian," said RULLI. "I used to live in ITALY. But more than just loving the country, I love telling people about the Catholic faith in ITALY, from ST. PETER to POPE BENEDICT XVI, the saints, sinners, martyrs, and misfits that make up our faith. Bringing the show to ROME will give our audience the chance to see, taste, and touch Catholicism in ITALY…without actually having to travel with me personally."
