Leeland Joins White House Roundtable Tomorrow

LEELAND MOORING and JACK MOORING, band members of ESSENTIAL RECORDS band LEELAND, will participate in the WHITE HOUSE OFFICE OF FAITH-BASED AND COMMUNITY INITIATIVES (OFBCI) "Compassion in Action" roundtable TOMORROW, DECEMBER 5th. The roundtable is titled "Next Generation of Social Entrepreneurship" and is the final event in the two-year series of monthly "Compassion in Action" roundtables.

This program will spotlight the innovative leadership of an emerging generation of social entrepreneurs in AMERICA. Following the roundtable the OFBCI will host a service project for the young entrepreneurs in partnership with WORLD VISION to build CAREGIVER KITS for men and women who provide home-based care to people with HIV/AIDS, supported by faith-based and community organizations.
