Condolences to family and friends of former BOSTON BRAVES, BOSTON RED SOX and NEW YORK GIANTS and YANKEES baseball voice BOB DELANEY, who died NOVEMBER 25th from complications of a stroke in QUEENS at 84, according to the BOSTON GLOBE.
DELANEY started his career at WFBL-A/SYRACUSE and later called RED SOX and BRAVES (1950-53, WHDH-A/BOSTON) and NEW YORK GIANTS (1954-57, WMCA-A/NEW YORK) and YANKEES games (1964-66, WCBS-A/NEW YORK) and as a political and commercial voiceover artist. He also hosted at WFAS-A/WHITE PLAINS, NY.
