Condolences to family, friends, and fans of CLASSICS IV lead singer DENNIS YOST, who died SUNDAY in HAMILTON, OH at 65. YOST had been ill since a fall that caused a brain injury in 2005.
The CLASSICS IV had Top 40 hits with "SPOOKY," "STORMY," "TRACES" and "EVERYDAY WITH YOU GIRL" on IMPERIAL RECORDS in 1967-69, and returned to the Top 40 with "WHAT AM I CRYING FOR?" for MGM SOUTH RECORDS in 1972. YOST continued to perform until his injury.
