XHANG CREATIVE has created six PSAs for the FREEPLAY FOUNDATION to support the "Lifeline Radio" program that distributes solar and crank-powered radios to villages in AFRICA. The program offers programming specifically designed and broadcast to give vital news and information as it relates to health/welfare, safety, agriculture and other issues that are relevant in these areas. This holiday, the organization is focusing its efforts on child head-of-households in RWANDA, where one million orphans are led by over 100,000 children, some as young as eight years old, serving as head of their households and raising their younger siblings without an adult present.
The spots include three recorded by the FOUNDATION's SOUTH AFRICAN Ambassador, SIBU VILANE, the first black African to reach the SOUTH POLE and the top of MOUNT EVEREST. Three spots include space for a sponsor tag for value-added possibilities for clients (excluding religious, adult, or any client that may beconsidered questionable for this campaign).
Stations can find the spots at www.xhangcreative.com/clients/freeplayfoundation and should drop the firm a line if the spots are used with sponsorship.
