CUMULUS Rock KDVV (V100)/TOPEKA has blocked morning man JOE "JOEY BAGGZ" LITTLE from joining rival JMJ BROADCASTING Classic Country KTPK-F (COUNTRY LEGENDS 106.9) before his noncompete expires.
LITTLE was fired by CUMULUS on AUGUST 27 and announced TUESDAY that he was joining KTPK as a part-time production assistant, but the TOPEKA CAPITAL-JOURNAL reports that CUMULUS TOPEKA SVP SPIKE SANTEE sent KTPK GM JIM ALLAN a letter informing him that LITTLE's six month noncompete clause remains in effect.
