SPANISH BROADCASTING SYSTEM Regional Mexican KLAX (LA RAZA 97.9)/LOS ANGELES will add sister WLEY (LA LEY 107.9)/CHICAGO's "EL CHULO DE LA MAÑANA" morning show with JOAQUIN GARZA for 6-11a PT starting MONDAY (12/15), when GARZA will broadcast the show live from LOS ANGELES.
