Arbitron Delays PPM Weeklies

ARBITRON has informed subscribers that PPM Weeklies data for Week 2 of the DECEMBER 2008 period scheduled for release this coming MONDAY (12/15) will be delayed until THURSDAY (12/18). 

The company says that it discovered that in some instances, panelists during DECEMBER Week 2 (11/20-11/26) who may not have met all criteria for in-tab eligibility initially appeared to be eligible. During preliminary data processing, ARBITRON discovered that a limited number of panelists who had not met the minimum daily motion requirement (panelists must wear or carry their meters for a specified number of hours during the survey day) had been inappropriately registered as having met the requirement.
