The HD DIGITAL RADIO ALLIANCE is continuing to market aggressively to consumers in this down economy as it kicks off its Q1 ad campaign. The new flight of ads focuses on "evolution" and how HD Radio came to be. History and studies show that advertisers who continue marketing in tough economic environments steal share from their competitors.
HD Radio has "evolved" and wants to show off its cool new features (iTunes Tagging), low price-points (as little as $79), extra stations (from Indie Rock to Smooth Jazz to The Irish Channel), and no subscription fees (perfect during a recession). And with less advertising clutter, there has never been a more perfect time for the message to resonate with consumers.
The campaign kicks off Q1 2009, from DECEMBER 29th through MARCH 29th.
