ALL ACCESS has learned that changes are happening quickly at the CBS/DENVER cluster acquired MONDAY by WILKS BROADCASTING for $19.5 million in cash (NET NEWS 12/22).

SVP/Market Manager DON HOWE, a 3 1/2 year vet, exited YESTERDAY. Our sources say the new Market Manager will be former CLEAR CHANNEL/DENVER Sports Dir./Sales BARRY REMINGTON.

The cluster includes Country KWLI, AC KIMN and Classic Hits KXKL.
