The ALOHA STATION TRUST is selling another CLEAR CHANNEL spinoff, with Hot AC WWDG (NOVA 105.1)/DERUYTER-SYRACUSE going to CRAIG L. FOX and SAMUEL J. FURCO, JR.'s FOXFUR COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $1.25 million. FOXFUR will also acquire FM translator W252AC/SYRACUSE-CAMILLUS from CLEAR CHANNEL's CC LICENSES, LLC as part of the deal. The deal would give FOX interests in seven stations in the SYRACUSE market.
WILKS BROADCASTING has closed on the purchase of Hot AC KIMN (MIX 100), KXKL (KOOL 105) and Country KWLI (92.5 THE WOLF)/DENVER from CBS RADIO for $19.5 million in cash.
CARL STRUBE and PETE FALCONI's PORT BROADCASTING LLC has closed on the purchase of Adult Standards WNBP-A/NEWBURYPORT, MA from WESTPORT COMMUNICATIONS LP.
In other deals filed with the FCC, MOUNTAIN CITY BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Country-Variety WALH-A/MOUNTAIN CITY, GA to TUGART PROPERTIES, LLC for $70,000; WORLD RADIO LINK, INC. is selling the construction permit for a new FM at FARMINGTON TWP., PA to FAMILY LIFE MINISTRIES for $65,000; FAMILY VOICE COMMUNICATIONS, LLC is swapping the construction permit for KXXL/MOORCROFT, WY to KEYHOLE BROADCASTING, LLC for the construction permit for KWAP/ROZET, WY; KEYHOLE is also buying the construction permit for a new FM at SLEEPY HOLLOW, WY from ROBERT RULE for $150,000; BETTER LIFE MINISTRIES is selling the construction permit for KYNN-A/CAMERON, AZ to FLAGSTAFF MISSION TO THE NAVAJOS for $1; FAMILY LIFE BROADCASTING, INC. is selling FM translator K265DN/FLAGSTAFF, AZ to JOHN G. WENGERT for $50,000.
