Regent Stations Tune Into Spacial Audio

SPACIAL AUDIO has reached agreement with REGENT COMMUNICATIONS to supply stream hosting and ad insertion service to 59 of its stations. The stream hosting and ad insertion technology package will be used to create six new online channels that feature a mix of formats, including Country, Classic Rock, AC, etc.

REGENT stations and channels will use the StreamAds reporting platform, which allows delivery of commercials to specific listeners or geographic audiences, depending on the advertiser's desire. "StreamAds' power for targeting using multiple criteria lets station owners maximize an audience's worth like never before," SPACIAL CTO LOUIS LOUW said.

"The addition of REGENT COMMUNICATIONS bolsters SPACIAL AUDIO's station listing to include one of the most highly regarded broadcast groups in the country," SPACIAL AUDIO CEO BRYAN PAYNE said. "REGENT joins hundreds of stations in the U.S. and thousands of radio stations worldwide that use SPACIAL AUDIO software and ad insertion technology."
