Ello Returns To Xtra Sports 1360/San Diego

CLEAR CHANNEL Sports KLSD-A (XTRA SPORTS 1360)/SAN DIEGO is bringing another laid-off host back to the lineup, with the SAN DIEGO UNION-TRIBUNE's JAY POSNER reporting that CHRIS ELLO will rejoin the station for 9a-noon, starting TUESDAY (9/8). ELLO was among JANUARY's nationwide CLEAR CHANNEL layoffs.

POSNER is also reporting the rumors that crosstown CADENA BAJA CALIFORNIA Sports XESPN-A (ESPN RADIO 800) may be ticketed for the signal of sister Top 40-Rhythmic XHMORE (BLAZIN 98.9), which earlier this week dropped its airstaff, and that market veteran LEE "HACKSAW" HAMILTON may join crosstown BCA Sports XEPRS-A (XX1090).
