Macon's Fan Goes 'Quality Rock'

CUMULUS Sports WIFN (105.5 THE FAN)/MACON drops Sports to pick up the "Quality Rock" AAA hybrid format the company airs in some other markets (and dropped this week at KDBN/DALLAS).  The Sports format is moving to sister daytimer WAYS-A at 1500 AM; ATLANTA BRAVES baseball and UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA football remain at 105.5 FM with the new format.

The flip to "WROK, ROCK 105, MACON'S QUALITY ROCK," occurring at 1:05p ET FRIDAY, followed an all-TV show theme stunt.
