Former Congressman MARK FOLEY (R-FL), chased out of office by a scandal involving allegations of sexually explicit instant messages to former and then-current Congressional pages, is joining NORTH PALM BEACH BROADCASTING Adult Standards WSVU-A (SEAVIEW AM 960)/WEST PALM BEACH for a regular talk show.  FOLEY's show, which starts taping TODAY (9/8), will begin airing regularly on SEPTEMBER 22nd at 6p ET.
