As first tipped on ALL ACCESS (NET NEWS 9/10), ROYCE INTERNATIONAL flipped Top 40/Dance KNGY (ENERGY 92-7)/SAN FRANCISCO to Top 40/Mainstream KREV (92.7 REV FM) under VP/Corporate Programming JOSHUA FLEMING, at 9p last night.
FLEMING, who will also continue to program Top 40s KRCK (HOT HITS 97.7)/PALM SPRINGS and Top 40 KFRH (104.3 NOW)/LAS VEGAS, told ALL ACCESS, "92.7 REV FM is the only pure pop station in SAN FRANCISCO. You can find me at PORTSMOUTH SQUARE, doing Tai Chi to the hits every morning soaking up the local vibe."
KNGY's last song was KELLY CLARKSON/Just Walk Away followed by PINK/Let's Get This Party Started, which was the first of 10,000 songs in a row, commercial-free. The rest of the debut hour looked like this:
LIVVI FRANC/Now I'm That Bitch
FLO RIDA/Be On You
DAVID GUETTA/When Love Takes Over
LINKIN PARK/New Divide
KERI HILSON/Knock You Down
MICHAEL FRANTI & SPEARHEAD/Say Hey (I Love You)
CRAZY TOWN/Butterfly
BLACK EYED PEAS/I Gotta Feeling
