RANDY MICHAELS' RADIOACTIVE LLC is selling the construction permit for silent WRAX/WALHALLA, MI to ALFRED S. KENYON III's BEAUBARK COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $210,000. The station has applied to change its community of license to LAKE ISABELLA, MI.
In another deal filed with the FCC, PEOPLE OF ACTION is selling silent noncommercial KGDP-F/SANTA MARIA, CA to FAMILY LIFE BROADCASTING, INC. for $130,000 and an LMA before closing. A previous sale to the UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA for $800,000., filed last year, did not close; the station's AM side, silent KGDP-A/OILDALE, CA-BAKERSFIELD, was recently sold to CALVARY CHAPEL OF COSTA MESA, INC. for $120,000.
And ROCKWELL MANAGEMENT, LLC is selling FM translator K288FS/PAHRUMP, NV to ROCKWELL MEDIA FOUNDATION, INC. for $15,000. Both companies are controlled by President E. MORGAN SKINNER, JR.; the buying company is a non-profit.
