  Johnny Reid Picks Up One Of 5 Awards
  
  The CANADIAN COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS held on SUNDAY (9/13), in VANCOUVER at GM PLACE, had a great night with television ratings. Broadcast live on CBC Television, the show drew a record increase in viewership numbers with a 60% jump from last year's ratings.
  This year's broadcast averaged 748,000 viewers for the evening. Encore airings of the 2009 CCMA AWARDS can currently be seen on CMT in CANADA. For times and info, visit www.CMT.ca.
