The ATLANTA-based MOBY IN THE MORNING NETWORK has named industry veteran JAY NOBLE Dir./Sales & Affiliate Relations. JAY left TM CENTURY at the of 2008 after 11 years of VP/Sales there. He has also worked at WESTWOOD ONE, UNISTAR, and SATELLITE MUSIC NETWORK in similar roles.
