HALL COMMUNICATIONS Country WCTK (CAT COUNTRY 98.1)/PROVIDENCE longtime MD/midday talent SAM STEVENS (KOLDYK) has exited. STEVENS joined WCTK in 1998, after a stint at 'sister' station WOKO/BURLINGTON, VT.
