Nassau Sells Pair To Great Eastern

NASSAU BROADCASTING PARTNERS has announced the sale two FM radio stations to GREAT EASTERN RADIO -- WNNH/HENNIKER, NH and WWHQ/MEREDITH, NH, both of which operate in the CONCORD-LAKES market in NEW HAMPSHIRE. The stations were scheduled to be divested by NASSAU per FCC ownership requirements as part of the Company’s recent filing with the FCC of its previously announced restructuring.

The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed. GLENN SERAFIN of SERAFIN BROS. represented NASSAU exclusively in the transaction.
