BAD BOY RECORDS CEO SEAN "DIDDY" COMBS has announced his impending departure as a recording artist from WARNER MUSIC GROUP's ATLANTIC RECORDS by the end of SEPTEMBER and releasing his upcoming album, "Last Train To Paris," under a new label.
Though there is no official label destination for DIDDY, industry insiders say he may be inking a new deal with INTERSCOPE RECORDS.
DIDDY released this statement to BILLBOARD, saying, "Now that the term of the WARNER deal has ended, I have elected to accept an opportunity to move my recording career and future label venture to another company."
Reports have the BAD BOY RECORDS catalog and roster staying with WMG.
